Digitally Colored
Back when I was trying to bring myself up as a professional artist, I went under the name Lipfunk. The Story Behind that is simple. When I was a kid and into Metallica and all the metal my brain would take in, one favorite artist was Pushead (a.k.a. Brian Schroeder). His skull art among other things, was so amazing to me! His style was so captivating! When I started trying to get work in art I thought doing logos would help. And this page was the practice and works I created to try and gain a style that was unique.
Logo Style
Glowing Eyed Skull GuyThis was my first try at logo design. Being into the macabre as I am, I thought this was a fitting beginning.
Voodoo MaskThis was my second attempt. I did love this one. I loved it so much I used the skull in a full original colored piece later.
Angry CannibalThis was a third idea. Different for me as it isn't very macabre but it was unique!
Devil's HeadThis one was significant. When I was a child, say 10-12 yrs. old, I saw this face peek around the corner at me from my bedroom door. Always scared the stuffing out of me. I had forgotten it until I drew this.
Undead CyclopsThis was my attempt at bringing humor into the mix.
Your Logo HereThis was a significant new step for me. Again with the humor side but with more of an actual add type layout, very different for me at the time.
Motor-SkullageThis was a piece that I was actually doing for a drawing for a motorcycle & hot rod convention.
This was specifically going to be for an auction they were doing for charity, however it wasn't what they were looking for so nothing was ever done with it. The DevilI have always love the style of a specific 1920's alcohol advertisement. This piece was inspired by the idea, if they were to do something similar today, I believe it would go something like this.

Candid AlienMy love for Sci-Fi came out in this piece and humor too. For sure there is a style that began to emerge.
Brain-BotAgain with the Sci-Fi and humor. I still get a lot of comments on this one.
Daughter Of CuthuluThe transition from Sci-Fi back into horror. I'm still not sure why I called this "Daughter", but sometime you just go with what the mind passes along.
Robo-DeathJust as Rob Zombie is, am as well a fan of Bela Lugosi and a fan of The Phantom Stranger. This is my tribute to that plus extra evil!
Praise to the Voodoo GodsSpeaking of evil, as I mentioned in the description of "Voodoo Mask", I reused the voodoo skull from that for another piece, and this one is it.
Morph DemonsTrying my hand at different things, trying to think outside the box come original ideas like this. I always like to see what others thoughts are of piece like this bring.
Evil GreetingsI celebrate those that inspire me. Rob Zombie is one of them. His original art, of which one doesn't see much of anymore, is art that to me is to die for! This was inspired by his art style!
Demons A Go-Go 13Again Inspired by Rob Zombie. Pretty much speaks for itself! This is a Pt.1.
Demons A Go-Go 13! Pt.2...and this is Pt.2
We the Undead 3Ahh, my love for zombies and zombie cinema! This speaks for itself!
